"You've finally won your freedom. But now, the question is: what are you going to do with it?"

~

Please check my FAQ if you have any questions about this costume! :D I still need to finish writing up my walkthrough of how I made my Long Fall Boots, but most of the main information on this cosplay is on that page~!

Have you ever played the game?

Yes, I have. I don't think I would've spent hundreds of dollars and hours slaving over this costume if I didn't have some sort of emotional connection to the game and the character.

Cool. :-)  I apologize if I came across a certain way with my question. You have a good eye for detail.

Did you have someone do the battle damage make-up or did you do that yourself?

I'd love to see a continuation of this with you dragging a companion cube around by a rope...

I do all of my SFX makeup myself! Occasionally I'll have friends help if we need to get ready quickly or if I can't reach the application areas (i.e. my back), but in this case, I did it all on my own. :)

That's really impressive! From what I can tell, it looks like realistic bruising in the spotting and fading. You have a fantastic attention to detail!

I don't even follow cosplay anymore, but you're my favorite
And I can never NOT keep up with what you're up too
Everything you do, all the work you put into it, your incredible attitude
Amazing~
