I've always loved your cosplays. Megan isn't my favorite YJ kiddo but you pull her off really well. But I'd look at your pictures and I'd always feel like something was off. I finally realized what it was. Your wig. It's a tiny bit long in my opinion and Megans' hair poofs for lack of a better word near the end. It's not a big thing but I thought I'd just point it out I guess. You still look fab.

Unfortunately, real hair and wig fibers cannot perfectly imitate that particular 2D style as it's not physically possible. The only technique that could potentially work is teasing, but that tends not to be effective with plastic fibers and typically results in a very messy, unkempt appearance.

I'm so sorry that my wig has been bothering you so severely in all of my pictures that you felt the need to fixate on something like that, though!

Thanks for talking to me like I'm stupid. Look I'm a cosplayer too, I know how wigs work. I suppose some copslayers just can't take a critique.

I apologize if it sounded like that, I promise you that wasn't my intention! I do appreciate the critique, feedback is what makes us all better artists.

I was just trying to explain why that look you were describing isn't very achievable in reality; getting that much volume with real hair or wig fiber is tricky unless the style is curled or otherwise wavy, and I didn't want to risk teasing it in case it sacrificed the aesthetic of the wig.

Again, I appreciate you sharing your opinion! But it was a conscious decision on my part to interpret her hair this way - I just feel bad that it's so distracting.
